This fee is paid at the time of application. An application will be processed for any person over the age of 18 that will be living on the apartment. The application fee is non-refundable and due in the form of cashier's check or money order.
Deposits and Fees
Security Deposit - $400 due in form of cashier's check or money order at the time of application.
Deposits are paid at time of application. An apartment will not be reserved without receipt of full deposit.
Pet Policy
Pet Deposit - $300 per pet (non-refundable)
Pet Fee - $15 per month per pet
A pet deposit is required for each pet. Only two pets are allowed per apartment. Breed restriction apply. A pet interview is required. Per deposits are due prior to lease signing and are non-refundable.
