Application Fee
Each individual applicant over 28 years of age - $50
Business Application - $100
This fee is paid at time of application. An application will be processed for any person over the age of 18 years of age that will be living in the apartment. This fee in non-refundable and must be paid by money order or cashier's check. In order to qualify, you must have good credit, no bad rental history and your gross monthly income should be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. We do combine income for all applicants.
Apartment Deposits & Fees
Deposits are paid at time of application. An apartment will not be taken off the market without receipt of full deposit.
Security Deposit
Payable by money order or cashier's check - $400
Gate Key Fee
Non-refundable one-time fee - $25
Pet Policy
Pet Deposit - $300 per pet (non-refundable)
Pet Rent - $15 per month per pet
A pet deposit if required for each pet. Only two pets are allowed per apartment. Breed restriction apply. A pet interview is required. Per deposits are due prior to lease signing and are non-refundable.
